The things kept at the counter rather than made to order. Offcuts of bridle hide, the ends of the cashmere cones, and a drawer of small silver, pearls and brass.
They are the least expensive things the house makes — from €140, and nothing above €700. A first piece, or something to send to someone else.
On this site the distinction is decorative. The house is invented, the money is play money, and the socks cost exactly what the trunk does, which is nothing.
